Stupid driver causes bike crash

Look at the shadows on the road. I noticed something I never noticed before. The car in front of the red car slowed suddenly. You can see the shadows from the two cars converge quickly before the red car swerves. It happens quickly enough that I don't think it was the red car that sped up. I think what happened is that the red car swerved to avoid a slowing car right as a motorcyclist was trying to pass.

Biker was at fault. tailgating and being impatient. i see it everyday. i used to respect bikers because it requires more skill and concentration when riding as opposed to driving a car. not anymore. as ya472 said, driving aggressively. but when i see em driving like assholes, and not all of them do, it gives a bad name to motorcycle riders because in my mind im expecting them to do sumthing stupid and reckless and they usually do.

Believe it or not in Canada they were both 50/50 at fault no signal for the red car and unsafe passing for the both of them .

Even if the red car was trying to pass, which I don't think it was, the motorcyclist was clearly following too close. Idk if the rider gave any sort of signaling to pass but if he didn't, that's another reason it isnt the red cars fault.
