@Eyelash85 The best possible way of adapting Crime & Punishment to the big screen is probably make it into the next epic film, like Gone With The Wind or War & Peace.

I thought this was excellent. I worked 21 years for an auto company. The plant closed and I lost my job. Then I wrote a book. I thought it was each funny and interesting. I cannot find a publisher. I read Crime and Punishment many years ago. This is the first film version I have seen. I am thinking of murder. I can justify it as Raskolnikov did. No, I am not Napoleaon. It's kind of impossible to make a movie of a book from Dostoyevsky with all the detailed emotions and feelings. He was a natural psychologist, maybe because of all he had past. This version is not a bad one, but the book... the book is superb. Uncomparable.
Im letting the The Brothers Karamazov for last, cos people say is his best book. But thank God for Dostoyevsky!
