Wow, love the vid. I have the 1100r and yah I've taken it down to the pegs, not the best thing to do when my luggage is attached filled with gear. But love the vid regardless.

yea i found it out the hard way too the first thin to touch is the wear down bolt on the foot pegs but on my bike i have crash bars around the cylinders and they touch a little after the foot pegs

I have guards on mine now too, and those touch at about 45 degrees lean angle, and thats quite a bit, almost enough to get a knee down.

I had a Buell xb12 and now have an r1150r. the buell was rubbish. the bmw is amazing. the former is like rough-cut burlap and the latter is akin to fine leather.

i found it the hard way too the first thing to thouch is the nutt under the footpeg and then on my bike i have cilinder guards which touched and u can lean it but not compared to a buell or anythin

You can actually lean it over a surprisingly long ways without hitting anything. The pegs fold up long before you ever hit the cylinder heads. And yeah, I found it out the hard way.
