Tom green kills norm's jokes almost every time.

because he does not want to. I think he likes to make always new jokes, not like he has a script that has been written to him and he has to tell it on the set many times in a funny way. On tom green live you can see that he likes to be spontaneously funny, at the beginning he did the stand up for several years, repeating allover the same lines, so I guess now he feels need to search something new all the time. Norm shows mistakes in the end were much funnier than show itself for example.
