i hope you haven't put anymore grilling videos up....that was horrible. who cooks burgers indirect anyway.....and you shouldnt tell ppl to use a knife to check and see if its done. use a meat probe or press the meat with your finger to feel the give. im surprised i didnt see you pressing the burgers down with a spatula. lol

He's a yank...
His mates probably think he's the dog's bollocks.

Get the coals grey before you put the grid and the lid on, then you don't get a mouth full of soot.

@azzkicker1337 agreed

My Wife makes better burgers than that shit on a George Foreman indoor appliance. My daughter can make burgers better than that on a Easy Bake Oven. And that's fake LOL.

arent the coals supposed to turn white first so u dont get poisoned by the coal's lighter fluids in the black parts

Hi Roger, The starter packs were bought at the home depot or Canadian tire in the Toronto area (canada). The burgurs took a little while to cook because they were so thick, once they start to plump up and become a little firm they are usually ready. I prefer them medium rare depending on the source and quality of the meat. If you are not sure use a knife to check the middle of the thickest part of the burger to see how cooked it is. cheers.

(the weber chef) yeah, it was our first video in a hobby project, the coals were not fully prepped, you are totally right. (heavyxpress3000) Indirect heat grilling is when the food is not over the direct source of heat. The burgers along the perimeter were being grilled with indirect heat. The griller was playing about with the heat source and moving them over the coals occationally, everyone has their own technique.
