Many Live Chained 24/7 and are very neglected. I've been photographing these dogs for the past 5 yrs. because I wanted citizens to see for their own eyes just how these poor dogs live. Animal activists are lobbying the county to adopt an Anti-tethering Ordinance which would prohibit chaining (tethering) all together, unless the owner is present outside with the dog. the people who do this should be chained up like the animals they are! this should be a promoted video. you tube promotes videos and it will get more exposure.
