This video is a good example for teaching people why cleaning is important, but the practices are important too. I don´t understand why in the video, the operators don´t cover their face during the process, in front of the food. I learnt in GPM that spit contain a lot of bacteria that can cause damage and contamination to the food. They appear here with their face uncover and even talking. Is that a good practice?
