1:47 = I see a BA Boeing 747-300. How it is possible of having two BA in Chennai airport at same time? Hope the parked 747 is not a cargo!

True. It goes for all jet planes, the sound behind in the engine is louder and rumbly while the sound in front of the engines is music. With turboprops, it is the opposite.

I Love the sound of the engines ;D

i love the roar of the engines just as the take off begins

@frodoslodo maybe the 747 was there due to the incident with G-YMMM at LHR on the 17th? after all this was on the 19th and the info does say that this flight was delayed? ;)

@EmadIV Forgive me for being a novice, but what's a PM?
P.S. Don't expect a response for quite a bit of time - school's starting, I'm in a flurry of homework :(

Hey I have a question, check your PM! I have sent you the question.
Rolls Royce engines have always been reliable and cleaner than american engines. Great British engineering

It's true. The GE90 hold the world's record for power. Look it up. Not saying the RR Trent isn't good, it's great, it's just that the GE has a small advantage in power.
