Damn, I was listening to this and near the end forgot it was you and not Keith. Surely there are differences, but you playing over such a raw demo get pretty darn close.

I'm glad to see young people picking up on the classics, but I've got some news for you. That's not The Who, it's Pete Townshend solo. There's a difference.

Thanks for the news Arms but this is Pete's demo with John and Keith overdubbed. I'd call that the Who :)
I prefer this to Pete's polished solo version.

@babyshambler it's not overdubbed. they recorded this during the Who Are You sessions; it was a candidate for the album. this was before Keith died, so it's indeed a Who song. but then when it didn't make the cut for Who Are You, Pete used it for his solo album.
