Wow it's been a while huh?

Ch.15

I couldn't believe it. She-They were all gone. Gone. I fell agasin't the bed and felt tears flood my eyes. No, no this, this can't be happening. The room started to spin, faster, and faster, I felt my body being forced down. I screamed, but it was silent, all that could be heard was the whirling sound as a new scene appeared. My bedroom. When I was young. I stood up off the cold, hard floor and glanced around. My old baseball bat sat in the corner, my favorite hat hung up on the wall. My old bed...and a little boy sitting on top of it. I felt chills as I remembered this. This night, this room, the feeling...this was when my father had died. When HE took my father from us. There had to be a way I could stop this, I could make this better. "Daddy" I heard myself cry. I turned around quickly to face the closet door as it swung open, and then shut just as quickly. My father rushed into the room, tried to calm me. Tears were now in my eyes, as well as the younger me. Dad started making his move over to the closet. "No! Dad please don't!" I tried to beg him. I tried to grab his arm. But I just went right through him. Nothing, I was nothing but air. He opened the door and then smiled back to the younger me. "See son, no monster in the closet. He went to shut it and boom. I closed my eyes and fell on my knees. Tears fell down my face as I screamed with my father. Begging God, begging anyone to make it stop. In a flash it was over, and I was left with the feeling of nothingness in the room. My breathing was ragged and I felt too weak to stand up. But I knew I couldn't give up. I knew I couldn't let him win. Getting off my knees, I proceeded to the closet. "Come out here and fight" I yelled into it. There was a small sound of movement. I reached my hand in the closet and was pulled in...
A new scene..."Mom come on, stop cheating" I heard a familiar laughter. "Demi!" I yelled out, looking around frantically for her. I found her sitting in her kitchen. "Mom come on." She groaned as she gave her a four. "You suck at this game dear" Demi's mom smiled, slightly nudging her daughter. Demi just laughed and shook her head. "You're the cheater mother" She stuck her tongue out at her. "Well I should do the dishes, and you should do your homework missy" Her mother smiled, cleaning up the cards. Demi sighed. "Fine fine." She walked into the living room and sat down on the couch with her text book. "You know, you haven't talked about Joseph in a while." Her mom yelled from the kitchen. I was in the living room with Demi and her face instantly turned red. "Yeah, well...uhh. He has a girlfriend. You remember Chelsea don't you." "Yeah, she doesn't seem right for him." Her mom laughed. I heard Demi sigh. "yeah well it's alright. He's just my friend. Just my friend." She whispered the last part.
