McLaren MP4-12C Supercar Press Launch

On 18 March 2010, McLaren Automotive held a press conference for global media entitled Inside McLaren - the Launch of a New Car Company' at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, England. Appearances include Automotive Executive Chairman Ron Dennis, McLaren Automotive Managing Director Antony Sheriff and 2009 and 2008 Formula 1 World Champions Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton.

@gabysande Also who do you think makes the Mercedes engines for the F1 cars, you think they are made in Germany by Mercedes. Nope never have been, they are made in Britain by Ilmor a British company that Mercedes to paid millions for placing their logo on the cam covers and bragging rights. They won many races and 3 championships with these engines.

@Warhead3000 F---offf also if you look closer they uses bits of other cars like the mirrors are from a vw corrado,and somebody who works there pointed me these details,they do more money,developing racing gear,and techology, but doing cars brits are far behind,like this f1 championship,and soon probably all these car will be produced in india or china like jaguar-TATA :)!!!!!!!!!

i would love to see a successor to the Mclaren F1, but the original will always be my favorite

@nukstero Just so you know this car is as fast and as well built as any Italian super car. And it handles better than most of them. But if you believe otherwise thats cool. But you should spend some time in both a Ferrari and a Mclaren before you decide.

I loved the F1, but really didn't like the way it looked, pretty dull. The 12C is equally plain to look at. If I could afford a supercar I'd want it to do everything the 12C promises AND look beautiful..... like the 458.
