Ellie was born on May 29 2007. She was the dog that most people would reject - the litter 'runt'.

Being a runt, she had very little confidence and a great many fears. This isn't the ideal combination to have in a dog when you want to train it to achieve great things.

The knack with such dogs is to take things very slowly, don't be afraid of rewinding a little, and engage in plenty of confidence-building games.

This is Ellie, the blossoming litter runt at eighteen months of age.

  • Wow amazing. My Ernie is like Ellie. He has very little confidence, and we do have to take things very slowly but with patience he has just amazed me with what he can do. It is so fantastic what Ellie can do, she really is amazing!

  • 5* for Ellie:). It's beautiful to see her confidence blossom thanks to a patient owner and positive reinforcement. I had to fav that:).
