@fabr1c1om That's SO true... it as if we're back in the 60's, with everyone desperately trying to make the best horn/string/sax patch. I'm like you.... not sold yet. It claims to be a stunning, unique synth, yet I've not seen much that impresses me synth wise. With all the samplers and samples out there, who needs a rather silly sounding sax, or the ability to make one. Nice to open up potential and all.... but endless physical modeling demos...... no thanks. Awesome video Sim!

Fantom is a lot less of a synth than the GT is, check each of them out and decide on one that fits your needs. They're so different you really shouldn't be undecided =)

Yes, I split the Sounds. The V-Synth GT have 2 Cores lika a Computer. I can use 2 Sound parallel, x-fade or in splitmode. I use this Synth a lot of Time and find out, when I play more than 5 Keys, then I have de max Polyphone I can. The Poly is not perfect! :-( Now I use the Access Virus TI! This i a virtual analog Synthesizer and the Sound is amazing! In Logic Pro software I can insert a Multitrimbal Channelstrip with 16 Sounds! But, I miss the Vocal Sound "MAD VOX" ;-)

Hey I was playing with this the other day and when you play this thing, you notice something. Your playing feels different with this thing. What was the name of that patch with the choir sound on top? I was looking for it the other day.

The choirsound i have edited from the patch 263(mad vox)the Synth is very diffrent, but
I need it for key producing trance
