My First Cooking Video - Lechon Kawali

One of my favorite filipino dishes and a dish that I remember when my father used to make it for my brother and I after school. I'm bringing the "flavor" back with a modern twist. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 - 3.5lbs Pork Belly
1 - Onion (chopped)
3 - Bay leaves
2 tablespoons pepper cord
1 teaspoon salt

Dipping sauce

1 cup vinegar
Soy sauce to taste
2 chopped shallots
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Chili Peppers optional
