  • Coach showing how they can relax with weights transferring the load on one side, does not correct, because the way the spine is curved and then you can injure your back. especially it is most likely to occur with free weights weighing 32 kg

  • @kepai100 Generally the spine is not curved to the side so it isn't a problem. One knee will be more flexed than the other, which is where the rotation is coming from. Even if it were you must remember that competitors are working up to these weights over years and will have developed a high degree of strength in the ligamentous system of the spine as well as the surrounding musculature.

  • @averagetoelite in addition there is a muscle nerves, which are often a result of such distortions can be clamped, pinched nerve is also very dangerous !!!!!!

  • @kepai100 I'm aware, seeing as how my entire training model focuses on the nervous system. :)

  • Great. I do 32 kg long cycle in a litle over a week and I'm really nervous and need every advice.

  • Don't fail. How's that? :)

You'll be fine. A lot of that stuff is mental. If your strength and technique are in place, I'm sure you'll do very well.

  • @averagetoelite I've been weight lifting for 15 years, I am the master of sports champion and multiple winner of the Ukrainian Championship, World Junior Champion in 2004. I'm telling you that you can not learn to bend with weights pozvonichnik to 32 kg. The rack must be straight. Ivan Denisov Anton Anasenko ...... None of them do not twist your spine during exercise. Because it is not correct. And traumatic.

  • @kepai100 you're right, if the spine is curved it might get injured. But i don't think the spine is curved (sideways), the hips are only held on one side. At least that's what i do, precisely to prevent injury to the spine.

  • Do I see Paul Chek in the background?? Or a lookalike...? Ha ha.

  • awesome
