@frankifromnyc Yes I had shepards purse on hand and if I started feeling dizzy and bleeding alot more we would have called an ambulance.

how does the water stay warm? or are you in cold water?

@bbygrl443 We kept topping it up with hot water, we had really hot weather too so it stayed warm for a long time.

is the hyperventilating part of the hypno birthing experience or is it just something that you do while birthing?? i would get so dizzy if i did that

@MaRiSa22Bunny when you get to transition stage you just cant help breathing like that, I was just trying to get enough air, its like your running a marathon.
