Here are the pics from my first round of p90x. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't follow the meal plan at all but did watch my diet (no junk food, sugar, or processed foods - lots of meat & veg) and used a recovery type drink. I did still drink the occasional beer or glass of wine which is why I still have work to do. Overall I'm stoked though - can't wait to start round 2!
Good job! It is important to cheat once in a while and it is normal! The important is to always want to improve... and you will further improve during the second round!
