Hi!
Some questions:
1) Why so much voltage? (12V should be enough)
2) Is this water potable?
3) Have you tested your cell for magnetism?

My compassneedle gets a little deviation when i come close to the cell. That can be from the metal in the cell too i guess?
What i do see, and is much more important, is a residual voltage after 48 hours of 1,25 Volts. I am in the northern hemisphere, so this is fine.
Should have more juice on top with such a voltage, so i guess i am between stage 2 and 3. Can t find out for the moment why it does not go to a permanent stage 3.

It should give more and faster juice with higher Voltage. You get more amperage with higher voltage. You right about the fact that it will work with 12 V too.
I never drunk from that water. Also because i have no measure to see if it is potable. I see to much iron or yellow colour in the water after filtering.
