wow dude i have to say i am extremely sorry if my comment angered you that much. i wasn't saying that Microsoft judges based on GS i am saying that people in general resent others for it. i have been accused of cheating, and had complaints filed against me i have gone through Microsoft investigating me. so please don't sit there and say how fucking stupid i am, when i have even gotten messages saying GS cheat and then they tell me they filed a complaint just for that reason

1. The Rep is just about how you play, if someone avoids you all it does is avoiding him to get in a game with you again. Also, if you have a rep under 5 stars, you either have to be new or just an asshole as it increases automaticlly over time.

2. Everyone can file a complaint and they don't judge the accuracy by looking of your gamerscore.
