Just because this isn't what YOU recognise as clogging, doesn't mean that it's not clogging. There are many different types of clog dancing, and this is one of them.
I don't really understand the logic behind heel first = tap... I wish the camera man wasn't an idiot and focused more on the feet. but those "heel first" moves at the front of the video were flat footing which is very much a style of clogging.
It absolutely is clogging. It's not precision clogging with jingle taps--it's a fusion of some Cape Breton and traditional Appalachian styles, but it is clogging, and it's good clogging.

On that note, the Seeger documentary also looks at the hand slapping rhythms used along side flatfooting--pretty cool.

Hm. On Mike Seeger's documentary "Talking Feet", one of the buck dancers talks about how buck is in the heel and *tap* is all about the *toe*.

this is tap it is being done heel first therefore tap.but yes it is done well.
