  • dont u want go stairhgt up the run way insted of going to the side

  • It depends where the ball is...try to stay as close to the middle as possible but don't have to stay "on a line"

  • This is the thing my son needs to work on the most. He loses way to much velocity on his throws right now. I'm glad you posted the video I'll have him look over it some before we work out. Thanks.

  • Great to hear! Good luck!

  • thank you i really appreciate the help

  • Think about getting that hand up to your ear and keep that elbow up up high. If you throw side arm, you're not thinking about the elbow. If it feels awkward, you're doing it right. Just keep doing it until it's comfortable. If they are really relying on you to catch, then they will wait for you to develop a good over the top "catcher" throw.

  • joe, im 16 years old 220 lb and about 6,1. everyone tells me i have the body to catch. my biggest problem out of the 100 million more problems i have on catching is that i throw side arm. my balls automatically curve. its my first year catching and the team is mostly relying on me. especially the pitcher. can u dictate me on any tips. im well with constructive critisim so please help me out
