so i had a lesson today and we worked on three things: attitude spins, camel spins(camel, camel-sit) and salchow(for about 30 seconds)
I'm focusing on getting a good free leg position for my layback because I always drop my leg because I give up and it's too hard and takes too much energy to keep it held up. so I'm working on it.. camels were pretty decent..salchows rocked..
and my spiral, i personally think it is higher than it was yesterday.. but maybe that's just me? i don't know.. lol. either way my spiral was good.

straighten your knees! your spirals and turns will look soo much better, trust me! :D

helpful tips: ur a bit sloppy and need to work on ur posture... how to fix that: take a ballet class and u would be even better!! still great though!!!!!!!

ur sprial is ok.. it has good height but u need to straighten ur knees when doing it. same thing with camel and landing position, it looksz akward so it will probably look less akward when u staighten ur knees.. hope this helps :)
