@vivegedda you should leave this video and take music classes. Maybe this will make sense then. :D

wow, i'm gonna take my perfect pitch, performance degree from Indiana University, and my 26 years of teaching music and go buy some ears! I love almost everything I've heard moffo record(here on youtube) - and I know what I like, having listened to opera for over 35 years. for instance, I loved the donna anna last night at the met - best Non mi dir I've ever heard live. perhaps if you don't like anna moffo, you should not listen to her - countless thousands do....oh, and I've always loved Gedda!

@maestromuffin1 She never had the voice for Trovatore. This was paticularly ridiculous as was her wole Verdi recording!!!, Even in Vespre Siciliani, she doesn't make any sense. People should buy ears!!!!!!!

A somehat truncated version by two verses - but at least Moffo actually sings the trill between the A and B sections that Callas herself didn't do. And what wonderful coloring! That staccato on the high C# in the coda was superb as a contrast to the other more expressive phrases sung in full voice.

I agree it's the best dilette amiche I've heard yet.

Dazzling. I"ve heard the voice of God.

@NEBESHIKU I feel we owe it to the rest of youtube [and to Anna Moffo] to continue this off the site, so if you would like to go another round please contact me at 555jd555 [at] gmail [dot] com thanks

@NEBESHIKU Hmm you seem to have some issues about women who are both talented and beautiful. Could I ask what your own particular talents are? :)

@jd7x7jd ... i'm sure he would do so too, as long as she puts out afterwards. He would look at her and imagine what good things she could do with that mouth because singing is not one of them.
Could somebody tell me please, from which recording this is?
