Now my subscribers are writing to me about constant burping! (Sense of humor once again required when watching ;). http://www.facelessfatloss.com As if flatulence wasn't enough fun, we now find ourselves focused on whats coming back UP, as compared to leaving out the other end. Oh joy! ;)
(And thanks to an anonymous friend for the sound effects).
Burping first and foremost is going to likely be caused by the swallowing of air; soft drinks will HUGELY contribute to burping, as we all know.
If however, you are dealing with constant burping, there could be a more serious underlying problem that needs to be addressed, and that digestive enzymes, as compared to systemic (system wide) enzymes, may help with.
Digestive enzymes are often helpful to people with flatulence, and its worth experimenting with them when it comes to burping issues. For those of us who are older, we slowly tend to lose a lot of our ability to digest our foods based on diets that consist of foods almost entirely devoid of the naturally present enzymes. These enzymes are destroyed via the refining and processing of SO many of our foods, especially the exposure of the foods to high heat. Raw foods, depending on if they've been processed or to what degree, almost always contain a decent amount of healthful enzymes intact, helping to break down the food into its basic components and placing less demand on the pancreas to produce these needed break-down enzymes for you. The less you tax your pancreas in this regard, the more health and longevity you will afford yourself. Imagine, based on the western diet, how burdened the pancreas must be with the sheer lack of raw foods in our diet.
So supplementation with digestive enzymes can assist us with this problem. But a shift in the diet as a lifestyle choice is more relevant, more healthful, and more rewarding in the long run.
I also covered enzyme inhibitors briefly. Compounds that shut down an enzymes ability to break down a bad carb, which again our diets are often loaded with. For me, this presents too much of an opportunity for people to look for shortcuts to what really needs to be a lifestyle shift. I do not mean to suggest everyone should shift over into raw foods all at once. Not at all. We can instead incorporate them in after fasting (when they will be very welcomed) and mix a healthy percentage of them into our overall diet in time.
For those who are stuck on soft drinks, one such gradual shift I encourage my clients to try, ONLY IF they are in an extreme addiction and need to get off of soft drinks, is the alternative, naturally-sweetened drink called Zevia. Although the carbonation will not help you one bit with any constant burping issues (smiley face goes here), it will help you avoid the refined sugars and high fructose corn syrups that are causing such a problem and fitting squarely into the bad carb category.
And lastly, whoda' thunk ADDING acid to a stomach-acid problem would actually HELP the situation! YUP. Latest research is showing over and over again that antacids are only a temporary fix that gets the GI tract's acid/alkaline balance only MORE out of balance, causing MORE problems. Countless prescription drugs add to this problem a great great deal. If you are struggling with this sort of problem, please research the supplemental use of hydrochloric acid with a good alternative doctor who has explored its use with his/her patients and obtained results. As counter-intuitive as it may seem, it IS helping people.
In my never-ending attempt to be both humorous and lose as many subscribers as possible in these last two videos, ;-), I wanted to send out special wishes to Brittany Murphy, one of my favorite actors who brought me much joy in her performances. Love and miss you Brittany, Thank You so much for the laughs, you will always be remembered...Rest In Peace.
Thanks for watching, Love, Happiness, Health and Peace.

I know that it's a bit of a distraction. A fellow youtuber is burping nearby. Was intended to accentuate the video learning experience via an audio track, but it kinda backfired. ;)

thanks for the info tim!
Btw. What is your weight?
and i read a comment that said you use resistance bands for your chest.
Do you do pushups with them or press with resistance bands? or is it a machine?
thanks man! ;]

I hate to do this, but...I keep my weight a secret, kinda like my face. Sorry, I love being mysterious. ;) And, I don't want people focusing on their weight, since muscle weighs more than fat; one can still look great in the mirror, while the scale may read a bit high. I use a bench press upright sitting machine for chest, then I burn out with high-tension bands using varied angles. I will expand upon the workout part of my program by Spring, I realize there is demand for that kind of info.
