This isn't a remix at all--it's a track on the CD "Star Fox" released by Teichiku Records in 1993---the CD is credited to Hajime Hirasawa and features the entire original StarFox music sountracks.

Pretty sure this is how he would have loved to hear "Corneria" sound, but...obviously there's limitations to what the SNES could do.
