One of my favorite smoothies of all time, made by the fabulous Fierce Foodie Jenn Pike, RHN. It's a one-stop shopping morning energizer with everything your body needs to wake up, fuel your day and workouts and heal you from the inside out. Enjoy!
@alaskafido Almond milk - soak 1 cup almonds overnight. Next morning add almonds and 3 cups filtered water to blender. Blend, strain = almond milk.(Can blend in 2 pitted dates and vanilla) Lasts 3 days in the fridge and is alive!! Please try it.:P
Just made it... kinda strange at first, but delicious!

@SeventiesGirl1961 I can tell you she's using Almond Breeze which comes both ways--sweetened and unsweetened, and comes refrigerated or shelf stable.

pour the leftover in a mug and leave it in the freezer. 4 hrs later, ice cream.

I have everything to try this in the morning except for the flaxseed oil. Is it okay to use ground flaxseeds instead, possibly add some coconut oil?
