That's right, B flat major.
If you follow the convention used in the making music world, that's what the "B#" for. I hope this convention didn't create any confusion.

I've never seen that notation for a flat major before. Where are you from?
Sorry, the mistake is mine. It should be "Bb", The capital letter "B" means "B major", the subscript "b" after the "B" means "flat".
The subscript "#" is used to indicate "sharp" and small letter indicates the "minor". "c#" means "c sharp minor".
The most crisp version I've heard.
