    Hey Ido, do you know about Thera Bands? do they work for this routine?. I have recently ripped my scapular muscles... i'm about 4 weeks without exercises, and these bands are the only ones in the market available round here in Peru.

    I'm fine by now: no pain, but no trainning for a while.

    Thera Bands may be good, but test them first and make sure you get enough tension out of them. For me, even the stronger ones are a bit too easy, but it may be suitable for you. Quick and painless recovery to you, my friend.

    Você ficou assim só treinando capoeira e com exercicios de elastico ou fez exercicios com pesos também? Pq senão começo com capoeira hoje mesmo..hehe. Academia pra mim é algo muito frustrante...pouco dinâmico.

    like the music man :).

    I ve had this scapula winging for a while now,and it is causing me to have alot of tightness all over my traps,neck and scapula area. im doing some little exercises now,mainly stretches and im wondering would these exercises that you do be safe and do i need warm up or stretch before them?

    LOL. He's a world-class gymnast and instructor. He does things with his body that would likely break yours. As a former 245-lb bodybuiler, I'm now an avid bodyweight conditioning practitioner. Ido's method is far superior to using weights for physical development.

    yes, thanks using some of this stuff for my shoulder injury. & i use bands from ironwoodyfitness com/equipment/iron-woody-bands

    not even sure what tension they are but they work, reason i post where not sure on shoulder injuries is there a weight/tension specification any info!
