I wanted to share the clip of the guy at 1:01 w/ friends, but I thought I'd have to rip this from the Documentary myself, so thanks a bunch for posting it schritzy. y'saved me a wee bit o'time.

I dunna why, but some random bloke seeing a camera crew and going "so I need some Ranch Dres...GAHH!!!" on the inside and then immediately looking embarassed, all in the span of 2 seconds, hits my funny bone just the right way and cracks me up. sometimes it really is the little things in life.

Good question - the pieces of toast have been covered with some sort of preservative. Most of his creations are already several years old, without showing any sign of deterioration. Btw, the guy right at the end walking toward the camera with a shopping basket and then turning round, is me.
