2004 Mazda 6i (2.3 liter, inline 4 cylinder.) Exhaust was custom made at an exhaust shop. It consists of two Magnaflow mufflers. It sounds much better (and deeper) in person however.
It was right around 400 dollars. I can't tell you specifically how much they cost because I'm not sure if they were charging for labor or if they only charged for parts. But either way, my total was 400 dollars.
I just recently have a High Flow Magnaflow Cat put on, I'll post a video of that soon. :D
All you did was buy 2 magnaflow mufflers and take it to an exhaust shop. Still the stock cats nd everything, cept for two magnaflow mufflers? THats what im planning on doin withmine if i can get that sound. Does it keep that deep sound driving?
@mikey00426 Yeah dude. It was just a muffler swap. The muffler shop ordered me the mufflers (IDK which part number they are) They're 2.25 inches in and out, but they don't have tips. So I just picked out some basic tips that I liked. And have them cut out your resonator. I went back and did that so I could get more sound out of it.
It keeps a nice, deep sound, through all RPM ranges. Very nice all around exhaust. I'll probably have a high-flow cat put on later. :)
how much did the mufflers cost you and then how much was the end price
