Hahahhahahhahaha! Nice way to put it back in place! Hahaha

@jstine1234 i always used soapy water

In my opinion using greese is a bad idea because it will cause the tire to come off the bead really easy. Bead sealer is a better option.

@Tooextrememx That's probably also my issue. I run between 5 and 6 pounds and if I ride once a week, that's a lot so the bike sits and that 5 lbs will come out over the course of a week.
What kind of grease was that you coated the bead with?

@iheartmyrappy since i was filming i didn't want to get too close so i made a trail so i can keep the whole thing in camera frame.using the starting fluid causes small explosion inside the tire forcing the bead to sit on the rim.

I know this is an old vid but it's still relevant so...
Did this lil maintenance right here hold up? What pressure did you drop the tire down to when you were ready to ride?
I had a new tire installed but I dropped the pressure to 5lbs like 30 minutes later and it won't hold air longer than a week ever since. Had the bead cleaned and reset twice but I never over-inflated and let it sit.

@jarreau2001 i run 5-7 pounds depending on what type of terrain i am rideing on.
when i am not riding or if my quad is going to sit for more then 1-2 days i inflate then too about 25 pounds of air just to keep the bead good and seated.
