You know what really blows me away about this? The scant 3,425 views this reporting has logged. The crap my kids watch on YouTube gets a million hits, but this - nothing. Perhaps the saddest commentary of all. Kristof is doing the work I always dreamed of doing - and nobody cares.

Looks like all people here demand justice "the husband should be burned to death!" etc. Well consider starting to fix the corrupted system from your own country at first, because i believe most of you are Westerners. In Europe one can kill a man and get 4-8 years and walk free, that's sick.

These men should not just go to jail. They should be put to death (by their typical barbaric stoning, hanging or even better - burn them to death!). The police they have are useless and cowards, Why even have them? They must be in agreement with what happens or they would change it.

ahh shit...these kinda of attrocities are sick. Where is the god damn pollice and why is than man stil alive? I live in India but these kinda incidents are very less tho women are subjected to torture and humiliation in other forms..the law has to become very stringent...
