Two months can make a difference.

- Better 2nd pull. In my first snatches I had absolutely no 2nd pull.
- Better body position. Still could use work but my hips and back rise at a closer rate.
- Better arm lockout.

Better, but definitely not best. Time to put some weight on the bar!

    nicely done, how long have you been training for? I only started in January and only doing 55k for now. Looking to increase so hopefully I'll be getting some good gains soon enough.
