  • hey girl you are doing well. don't be down on yourself just try to eat less...and walk everyday.

  • Great update! I can relate to you alot! Don't worry, you are not alone! I am about the same weight, I fluctuate between 180-184, I've been at this weight for months. I exercise like alot, but I must be consuming more calories to maintain this weight. At my 1 yr surgiversary, I said I would give myself the next year to lost that last 30 lbs :) Keep up the hard work, you've done so well!

  • Congrats on the weight loss. You are looking great! And so so happy. Keep it up!

  • Good for you on the hair choice, can't wait to see your sisterlock posts! I am microlocking next month as well. I feel like it's my only choice to save my hair after WLS.

  • plateaus are hard... but maintaining where you are now is far better than where you started! You look healthy, you are doing great! :D

  • Congratulations on your weightloss so far! You look great! I agree w/ some of the others, be sure you're not comparing yourself to others. That will always keep you thankful and grateful for your individual results.Compare yourself only to your pre-bypass self. Do you know what I mean?We will all hit stalls, but pick yourself up,work a little harder (exercise) and move on. Stay strong, stay focused and stay positive, I will try to do the same! Enjoy the rest of your week!

  • Congrats on your weight loss. I realize the worst mistake i was making was comparing my results with others. Everyone loses at a different pace. but at least we're losing. Try not to be too hard on yourself, think about where you were last year. You've come a long way. If you feel like a failure (like past diets) just remember you can't eat or absorb as much as before. In time, you'll start losing again. Keep your head up and good luck!

  • omg you lost 75lbs is great in a year. and it is never over. the weight loss/maintains journey is always going to be a battle. but just have faith in yourself and you can do it. the first year is so easy compare to the next year. well i have faith in you girl! its not of matter will i make it to goal? its when.

    well have a great day!

  • what is your caloric intake and what do you do for workouts? do you workout? that may be a factor. also, watch the carb intake. My daughter had wls and they told her 80 percent of her excess weight. she began at 260. she does mostly shakes and one lean meal with low carb veggies.dont be ashamed. you do what you can do...now you know you can do more...PUSH for it. good luck and take care

  • you look great :)..everyone goes at thier own pace..try not to compair yourself to others..thanks for the update :)
