If you think about it very carefully, it pretty much sings the basis of the story.
"From far away I came got away from seeing red": Niko escaping the Serbian war. Red being blood.
"I came a long way to see you": Niko Bellic and the American Dream.
"Now I wish you were dead": The corruption and revenge that he found there.
It goes on...just something I recognised.

@7heAre7s yeah i agree, i think Red symbolizing communism makes alot of sense also. I feel like "i came a long way to see you" more directly corelates to his cousin. and then "now i wish you were dead" becuase Roman gets niko into a world of shit. This song is fucking perfect for this game, when it comes on radio broker i fucking hit 95 mph on the sidewalks.
