Excellent chef! First woman teppan chef I've seen, and one that has a great sense of humor. She caters to her guests very well and gets everyone into the dinner. And everyone is enjoying their meals, which makes it all the more tasty. I know because I was a teppan chef for over 10 years and have one on my back deck at home. Too bad she didn't spin her S&P shakers, which is really a lost art in the japanese restaurants nowadays. Hats off to her!
