Quran (Al Jazari Singapore 04)-Father (40 yrs) & Son (15 yrs) Imam-Tarawih 01-Isyak

Tarawih Prayers at Al Iman Mosque in Singapore in 2005. The prayers were led by Ustaz Zakaria Md Shariff Al Hafiz (40 years old) and his son, Ustaz Md Zahil Fadzuli Al Hafiz (15 years old)

Ustaz Zakaria is the Director of the AlJazari Tahfiz Centre in Singapore . He holds the Ijazah of 10 Qiraat from Jordan. He is also the Chief Judge of the National Tilawah Al Quran competition held by the Islamic Religious Council of SIngapore. He had also represented Singapore as one of the judges in regional Al Quran competitions.

Ustaz Md Zahil memorised the Quran at the age of eight. He has represented Singapore in a number of international Quran recitation competitions such as in Egypt 2003 (6th place), Saudi Arabia 2005 (5th place) and Dubai 2006 (6th place). He is also one of the teaching staff at the Al Jazari Tahfiz Centre in Singapore.
