  • interesting after watching all the videos it would have been nice to actually seen these moves used in a progression of technique from a punch to the hold at nearly full speed, but for the most part the students gets in the needed position so that the hold could be put on them. I would expect that a GM and a PHd would have the skill to be able to demonstrate such feats instead of just taking shots to the body and applying holds to people already set for the hold.

  • that first lock when u take thumb in to hes hand and push hand with ur own hand so it would hurt prety mutch on to the wrist but that guy forgot 'steps' u don't just do it and be like a mushroom on the rock u need add steps but coz i belong to 'han moo do' im don't have permission to tell it here what u need add :) soz

  • Please - Do tell? I would like to know what you found wrong in the almost 9 and a half minutes. Which lock are you talking about? What is the time code of the "mistake"?
