@Bizzair1990 Ball joints are fine. Dealer has been unable to diagnose clunk. Fortunately, it's a company car and I don't need to pay the 3k per year in various repairs. The car's a junk and has been since day one. We have several in our fleet and they are all the same. I could provide a three page list of repairs since this vehicle was new. I have educated myself and that is not to purchase another Chrysler. I've owned 30+/- cars in my life and Chryslers have consistently been the worst.

@mahmahmonkey I hate people who buy a car and when a simple ball joint goes this the car is a peice of shit. Every piece of machinery has parts that wear and tear. Its people's ignorance and failure to educate themselves about the vehicle they drive.

@SonidoImperial Tension struts. Ive replaced both of mine. It looks almost like a dog bone with a ball joint on one end. 100% sure.

To anyone who has this issue. I am 100% sure it is the Tension Strut. Its a ball joint and they are notorious on these cars. But these cars are not trash lol. Please dont comment when you own a honda civic.

dear Chrysler, is saving a couple cents on every part worth your reputation, time, and safety of the consumer

It could be that the bolts at the top of the strut tower need to be re-touqued. I have a whole lot of suspension work done that didn't resolve the clunking. When I took it back, the mechanic tightened the upper strut mount bolts and the problem was solved.

I have a 06 300 and get a knuckle rattling noise when I go through rough pavement. I changed ball joints, control arms, inner and outer tie rods and nothing! Can it be the strut mounts maybe?? Changed struts before but never the mounts?? Thanks
