You didn't give much details on how to go about actually blanching and freezing it. Time? What degree of doneness to look for? Etc.

Awesome idea to go 3-ways and your suggested uses for it. I thought I was creative in the kitchen but your toss-in ideas are great! Just did my dicing and freezing. I can't believe that in its entirety I filled a gallons-worth in freezer baggies. That's a whole lotta savings and not much effort - plus I love roasted seeds. Thanks!
