@doctorw2 Agreed. If the budget had been increased 10 times this could have been the top rated show all over the world. A missed opportunity. Great characterisation and great theme tune still remain.

just found a copy of avon: a terrible aspect, in my favorite used bookstore, and JUST NEEDED TO HEAR THIS MUSIC by the way, if any fans are interested big finish is doing NEW audio/novel adventures slated for 2012

This tune was Dudley Simpons vision of future music. He got it wrong. Todays music is bollocks compared to this. by the way it cuts off at the end and misses out the best bit.

classic british sci fi the best scripting in the world i dont care about those who say this series had bad special effects or costumes the stories were very well written and acted thats what counts.

I think its brilliant, its so nice from time to time to go back in time, makes me feel very happy to of been around in those days, although im only 42, younger ones today dont realise that we are far advanced than they are because we have come through what feels like a time zone and adapted the great changes in technology today.
