Kenyans are joining the rest of the globe in marking this years world aids day. Hundreds of Kenyans drawn from various sectors of society are currently engaged in various activities aimed at commemorating world aids day. Already, several marches have been held in the city. Several voluntary counseling and testing centres have been set up to enable those wishing to know their status to do that. The Nation Media Group is also hosting such VCTs. Already the groups CEO has been tested. Other CEOs allied to the Aga Khan development network are also getting tested at the Nation Centres VCT.

i think world aids day is very exclusionist. i dont have aids, how am i supposed to celibrate? also the anti-aids ribbons provide no real protection.
