Bee Movie #8: checking the other hive

In case anyone is wondering why the frames are black it's because they are made of plastic. i got all used equipment last year (so i was able to get my first hive for a mere $85 which included the bees and queen!) but that also entailed working on the equipment myself. since i didn't get around to adding new foundation (wax sheets) to the frames i took the easy way out and bought plastic frames. bees don't like it as well, but will still use it. Tony is the Absolute Best! his enthusiasm inspired me to become an amatuer beekeeper!
