As for why Indians stink: probably the same reason dogs and pigs stink - they don't bath regularly. When you combine this with the curry smell that seeps through their skin, the stench is pretty bad. There may be somesort of genetic reason as well - but I'm not a geneticist, so won't comment. don't have to sniff them; their stench easily fills a 5m radius.
