this boy had one of the strongest kekkei genkai. if he had not fallen ill orochimaru would not had an interest to sasuke. orochimaru knew there were a survivor of uchiha clan but he contacted sasuke only after got knewn kimimaro will die soon. kimimaros body was the perfect container - young, fast, invulnerable to all tai jutsu attacks, variable transmutable to every possible shape - just unbreakable. no wonder he was resuscitated by kabuto. absolutly no wonder

kimimaro is one of my favorite characters! can't help but wonder how the story would have been different if he'd survived. i don't think he was an evil character. not at all. he just fell into the wrong hands. i miss him :(

@NonLiving102 Sorry, but you are also incorrect. In manga chapters 215, 216, and 217, Gaara has a intense battle with Kimimaro. In these chapters Gaara inflicts a lot of damage on Kimimaro, leading him towards his death. Honestly, Naruto was only there for a few seconds to confront Kimimaro, then Lee came into save him, and Gaara came into finish the job. Also, when Naruto did battle Kimimaro for that short time, he never once used his "Rasengan", he only used his shadow clone jutsu. :-|.

@UEhappydudey Correction, Naruto was not the one who destroyed him. Frankly it was his illness that destroyed him. But If you want to think of an actual person to blame for his demise, it would be Gaara of the sand (Check episodes 126 and 127 if you don't believe me)
