TOM BURKE(THE LANCASHIRE CARUSO) HE WAS BORN IN 1890, TO A POOR WORKING CLASS FAMILY. HE SANG WITH MELBA AND MARY GARDEN TO NAME A FEW GREAT NAMES. HE POSSESSED A THRILLING VOICE, BUT THROUGH LACK OF APPLICATION TO HIS VOCAL GIFT, NEVER WENT FAR ON THE OPERATIC STAGE, WHICH IS SUCH A WASTE. HE DIED IN 1960, PENNILIESS AND VIRTUALLY FORGOTTEN...
ENJOY!!!!!
He did have a good voice, but it sounds a bit too operatic for "The Minstrel Boy" if you ask me. (He sounds as if he should've been singing Wagner or something. Probably would've been if he'd had the opportunity.)

He sings it very well. My favorite song of all time.
