Given how the ghost AI works, this is the result I'd expect!
They try to go right at the intersection because the direction has the least distance between itself and Pacman. They try to do that every time, because the don't learn, they just follow. Inky tries to stay on the opposite side of you as Blinky, and only closes in on you when Blinky does.

happened to me too. I found that the ghosts' AI are pretty stupid and predictable sometimes.
