Well not only at 1:00" but also at 1:44", 1:51", 2:45", 3:19", 4:23" and 5:08".

Also at 1:45", 1:53", 2:58", 3:37",3:58", 5:14" and 5:23" it seems that he sings but there is only music ... and who knows I may have missed some points :P

He can't be THAT wrong , so the sound is delayed definitely ;)
