@dchockeygoali07 everyone that played against him probably did :P considering it was near impossible to catch him once he got two strides in. I'm a rangers fan, I was unbelievably happy they won the cup that year but I still had all eyes on Bure, he was unbelievable. Its too bad he played for the Rangers hurt and ended up retiring

the canucks will never get a player as good as Pavel Bure ever again unless we get the russian superstar in the OHL T-T but it won't happen GIVE US A RUSSIAN SUPERSTAR AS GOOD AS BURE!!!!

@aneil68 NO, are u kidding me. The penguins one a couple years ago was pretty good, too. Another is Devils in 00 or 03. Also the rangers vs devils series before this stanley cup was also a great, although it was a conference final.

Thing is, near the end of the period, Bure got a boarding (I think) major & game misconduct, and it took the wind out of their sails totally...I do remember that.
