Okay Ryan hear hi guys hear what your saying black bares suck 16.9 like he said was made to fit any ratio but if they just film everything in 1.78:1 like what James Cameron uses like avatar t2 aliens just to say it fits your 16:9 tv perfect and I don't really watch hd tv I watch sd tv because hd like u said zooms in the picture it sucks I would rather have bares on the side at least I know I'm getting the full image

Upscaling is bullshit.

Native or nothing.

I wish upscaling didn't exist, then fuck head develops couldn't claim on the back of boxes that a game runs in 1080p. Just about NOTHING does.

Can i ask you guys...The HDMI 1.3 upgrade to 1.4 will work as you say from the PS3, ..but! will the 3D compatable games hooked to a 3D ready projector really work on their current 1.3 ports? i mean with the DLP glasses bought with them also?

* Short version is it worth getting a '3d ready projector yet?' -primary use: PS£ 3d content
